A little help with
your delivery.

Planning your first route, or has something unexpected happened? Start with the common questions below, or get in touch directly.

Good questions, answered.

How do I play?

Follow the playable introduction and routing practice. From Home, choose Play to continue or Map to select an available campaign level. Tap junction controls to route each parcel to the exit with the matching color. You do not need to drag the parcels.

What is Daily Dispatch?

Daily Dispatch is the daily delivery challenge on the Daily screen. Its day changes at midnight UTC, which may differ from midnight in your local time zone.

Which devices and languages are supported?

Cratewick is designed for iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The game interface is in English. This website is available in English and Turkish; the website language does not change the language inside the game.

Can I pause or change the sound?

Use Pause during a level. Settings includes sound, music, haptic and motion preferences.

How do I restore purchases?

Use Restore Purchases in Settings or the Shop, signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoring applies to eligible non-consumable purchases, such as Remove Forced Ads; consumed coins, gems and other consumable items are not restored by Apple’s restore action. A connection is required.

What does Remove Forced Ads do?

It removes forced ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available when an ad can be served, and you choose whether to watch them. An ad may be unavailable because of connectivity, consent settings or ad availability.

How do I manage advertising privacy choices?

Open Settings and use Privacy Choices when it is available. The options shown depend on your location and the choices required by Google’s consent flow. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Do I need a Cratewick account?

No Cratewick account is required. Game progress and preferences are stored on your device. Purchases, advertising and opening external support links use online services.
